FAQ – ORDERING ANSWERS
How can we place an order?
There are three ways to place an order:
1. Order online using our secure ordering form.
2. Print out the order form (located in the Brochures page) and fax to 412-291-1407.
3. Call 877-257-3777 and one of our sales representatives will step you through the ordering process.
What if we cannot provide all of our ordering details at the time of ordering?
No problem. Fill out the order form as completely as you can and specify your question/concern in the ‘Notes’ section. A Green Bee Fundraising representative will contact you to help you resolve any issues.
How soon will we receive our tickets?
After we receive your order form and printing fee, you will receive a ticket proof and order confirmation. You must review the ticket proof as it displays exactly how your tickets will be printed. Standard production time is 7-10 days from ticket proof approval.
What are the accepted forms of payment?
You can pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) or check.
Do we have to pay online?
No, you do not have to pay online. If you prefer, you can call in your credit card information or mail a check to:
