FAQ – TICKET ANSWERS

 

What if we do not sell all of our tickets?

If you do not sell all of the tickets in your set, simply return the unsold tickets to Green Bee Fundraising. You do not have to remit money to Green Bee Fundraising for unsold tickets that are returned to us.

How long do we have to sell our tickets?

Selling time depends how early you order your fundraising program. The minimum suggested selling time is 2 months.

What if a ticket holder loses their ticket ?

If a ticket holder loses their ticket (and does not know their ticket number or access code) your organization should locate their ticket stub that you keep on file, based on their contact information. Once located, you can provide them with the ticket number and access code so that they can check sweepstakes results online.

Can we sell discount cards tickets online?

Yes! A portion of your ticket can be reserved for online sales. Your supporters can purchase online tickets using a credit card or PayPal account.

What is the difference between physical and online tickets?

Physical tickets are printed tickets that you receive when you order your program. Your organization divides and distributes the physical tickets to your ticket sellers.
Online tickets are tickets that are purchased online using either a credit card. Once purchased, online tickets are automatically associated with a member account . Online tickets are not mailed, however the ticket details can be both viewed and printed online.

What if we do not want to sell discount cards online?

No problem. Our online ticket selling feature is optional. Just let us know that you are not interested in our online purchasing feature, and we will take care of the rest.

Can we add our logo/mascot to our tickets?

Absolutely. Simply provide us the artwork and we will add it to your ticket. Don’t have artwork? No problem! Our design department can create one for you.
