We encourage you to give us a call at 877-257-3777 to discuss the ordering process or to answer any questions you may have.

Some things you will need include:

  1. Contact information for your organization
  2. The quantity of tickets you expect to receive
  3. Total number of weeks or the duration and dates of your Sweepstakes
  4. Delivery date of the tickets
  5. We will need to know what colors you would like to use on the tickets
  6. If you have any artwork please send it to art@GreenBeeFundraising.com
  7. Decide if you wish to have a sponsor to help with printing costs
  8. Gather sponsor coupon information and artwork and submit to art@GreenBeeFundraising.com
  9. If you have your own website for you organization we can integrate the Sweepstakes to your home page if you would like to
  10. You have the choice to sell Green Bee Savings Card directly from the website. This decision should be made prior to printing your tickets
  11. Figure out how many prizes you will be giving away during the Sweepstakes. We will help with the breakdown of these prizes per round or week.
  12. Determine if Green Bee Fundraising will be doing results for you or if your organization is going to be doing them on there own.
