Decide how many tickets you will need. Gather all your artwork and sponsor ads then fill out the order
form on-line, or download a form to fill out. Learn More

Distribute Tickets

Assign a coordinator to handle the distribution of the tickets and gather community support for your
fundraiser. Leave no leaf unturned and stay active.

Finalize Sweepstakes

Gather and return all tickets and ticket stubs to Green Bee Fundraising. Green Bee will process the stubs.
Once everything is collected your donors start winning!.
